I don't think you should move accounts. Have trust in your watchers to teach these art thieves a lesson.

:< And don't get too upset. Seriously. Art Thieves are so -pardon my french- fucking useless. They just upset artists and make a big commotion. If you leave your account... in a way the thieves have won. They made you upset and want to abandon this.

no please don't leave because a few stupid people are mean to you, everybody who sees your art knows instantly its yours.
and if you are worried about viruses just don't click links that people send you and change your password often enough.

Remember that if you allow these people to bend you you they will eventually break you so you should stay strong.

awww....hermanita < bueno, creo que no se puede hacer mucho, aunque DA tiene la opcion del Watermark que eso practicamente protege tu trabajo de ser robado, o al menos de que otro no pueda decir que el trabajo es de esa persona, y pues el famoso virus, pues cambia tu contraseña, y mucho cuidado para la otra, los que saben como trabaja ese virus pues obviamente estan prevenidos pero los que no claro que iran a echarle la culpa al que posteo, tu quedate con la conciencia tranquila, igual sabes que te apoyaremos porque ya sabemos que eres una excelente persona nwn te kelo mucho hermanita, cuentas conmigo para todo

Personally I think you should design yourself a logo and watermark it all over your pictures or if you don't to do make it so obvious you could try to incorporate it somewhere into your picture. If you have photoshop you can even make your logo into a brush very simply, all you have to do is grayscale the image you want to do adjust the resolution to 72 DPI and under edit select define brush preset and then to save it use the brush preset manager delete all but the brush(s) you want and then save the set but you'll have to reset your brushes afterward to get back the original brushes.

My logo that I made for myself is just my username with fancy embellishments and stuff.

Along with adding your own watermark you can select that people can't download your work when you submit it and select to add a deviantart watermark... also if you were ever to get into a legal thing where you actually had to physically prove that the work is yours there's always the option of the 'oor mans' copyright where you mail yourself copies or the originals of your work and don't open the envelope until you needed to prove the work was yours 'cause then the envelope would have a post office stamp on it with time and date and stuff like that...

The watermark idea seems good, you could try it at least.

Water marks always help... I'd be so sad to see deviantArt loose someone so great, just beacuse of some stupid idiots... I hate people like that... stealing art is stupid....

But yeah, watermarks across the images always help it.
